shall if my son William Tarry be then living and shall choose to
purchase the said premises convey the said premises to my said son
William and his heirs and assigns for ever in consideration of the
sum of £500 which shall be distributed in the proportiuons and
manner hereinafter mentioned.
If however my
said son be dead or decline to purchase the said premises within six
months of my death then the trustees are to sell the estate on the
open market.
